Astros Sign Tuck Buck to Huge Contract

Controversial owner Kingjohndeville signed 30 year old starting pitcher Tuck Buck to a $15.5 million, four year deal this afternoon. This is believed to be the largest contract in MLB history. Tuck was arguably the best free agent available in what was considered by many owners to be a thin crop of free agents. Last season Tuck won 10 games in 34 starts with a 4.64 era for the Kansas City Klash (now the Charleston Hestons). For his career Tuck has 56 wins in 134 starts with a 4.32 era. Tuck will anchor a solid group of young starting pitchers for the Astros that includes Ivy Stewart, Willie Espinosa, and Steve Crow.
